Unless Greenpeace is admitting it communicates with Al-Qaeda. Is that what they’re saying? The ACLU complaint contains repeated assertions that these guys have the “well-founded belief” that they were being spied upon by the NSA; but apparently their belief was founded upon an erroneous understanding of what the NSA was actually up to—or, even if they were right, their understanding of the TSP was very different from the Court’s."
