That makes a lurid lie out of Williams' bland assertion that adherence to sharia "assumes the voluntary consent or submission of the believer":

Williams was lying. His authority in matters of sharia is Ramadan, whom the Department of Homeland Security prevented from
accepting an American university appointment.
