The coverage of this story thus far is focused on the attempt by Clinton to explain away caucus state losses, but the important aspect --one which will be talked about for days and weeks and months-- is her admission that the actvists of the Democrats are far to the left of American political opinion.  "MoveOn didn't even want us to go into Afghanistan," she states and she does not even need to explain how far outside of the mainstream that position was and remains.
