Obviously, it's unfair to blame everything that happens in the world on Barack Obama, just as it was unfair for the Democrats to blame everything on President Bush. But, as Biden implicitly recognized, our new President is regarded around the world as inexperienced and weak, and that could make the next few months a critical period on a number of international fronts.
