"As nearly as I can tell, the Democrats' strategy for winning is simply to be patient and snipe from the sidelines until people get tired of the Republicans, then they'll win by default. OK, that'll probably work eventually—at least briefly—but somehow, I don't think that's how FDR would've played the game.
