This will start getting more traction. Earlier today, I noted that no one else had yet come forward to tell a similar story, and that could mean that a staffer just went off on a flier. It now looks like a pattern of staging supposedly extemporaneous questions, which calls into question why Hillary's team lacks confidence in her ability to handle herself without fixing the questions.
