As a final note, if you are willing to take your own head out of your…covers, here are some more provisions of the bill: 1. currency transfer tax, that is, a tax imposed on companies and individuals who must exchange dollars for foreign currency; 2. tax on the rental value of land and natural resources; 3. royalty on worldwide fossil energy projection—oil, natural gas, coal; 4. fees for the commercial use of the oceans, fees for airplane use of the skies, fees for use of the electromagnetic spectrum, fees on foreign exchange transactions, and a tax on the carbon content of fuels.”
